Shipping Policy

Most items are in stock and ready to ship.  If you order an item that is not in stock, we will notify you with an ETA, at which time you will have the option to cancel your order.

Return Policy

Defective items may be returned with-in 30 days of the delivery date as indicated by your tracking information. Our 30 Day warranty applies to manufacturing defects ONLY. Usage based defects are issues caused by mistreatment and/or misuse of products. For any returns after 30 days, you will have to contact the product manufacturer for your return or replacement.

Note: Prompt shipment of return item is required: Once your return has been authorized you will have 1 week to deliver or ship the items to our returns department. If the Return request products are not shipped or delivered with-in a week of authorization it will result in rejection of the claim and claim will be closed.

Items damaged by misuse or improper care are not covered by our warranty policy.

All Returns must include Full Original Packaging, Accessories, and Documents.

The following examples are NOT included in the warranty. Usage based defects include, but are not limited to:

• Batteries that have dropped, Batteries that have separated.
• Wires becoming exposed.
• Batteries that break inside a pocket, purse, or bag.
• Batteries that have been exposed to water.
• Bent atomizers.
• Damage to products due to user negligence.
